Mistral sea wave
/ 0 Comments / in Misc, Random WeatherHuge sea wave that was had just broken down over Cirkewwa Bay appearing very similar to fog in the photo. The weather conditions that caused such large waves are explained here. The other 2 photos show sea waves taken on the same day due to the severe Mistral gale that blew in the previous day and was still strong in that morning as per 3rd thumbnail. The fourth thumbnail had indicated maximum wave height of between 8 and 9 metres. Average wave height that morning was 5.5 metres.
