Morning Mist
/ 0 Comments / in Misc, Random WeatherEarly morning mist at dawn taken from Fawwara by Mr. Alfred Coppola due to temperature inversion by overnight radiational cooling. This was due to clear skies and light winds at night caused by the eastward extension of the Azores high towards the Western and Central Mediterranean Sea as can be clearly seen on the chart. Such weather is typically Maltese at that time of year.
