Formation of a possible funnel cloud due to a convergence zone over the Maltese Islands. This can be seen from the Doppler radar through a line of heavy rain and a bad weather line on the SLP charts. The sounding indicated wind speed shear in the lowest levels of the atmosphere combined with some instability.
