Mistral severe gale

Very strong WNW wind gusts up to Force 10 or just over 100kmh during a storm due to a very deep low pressure system that formed over the Central Mediterranean Sea upon the arrival of very cold air from Europe. Max temperature of 12C was only reached in the morning. For most of the day the temperature hovered between the 9-10C mark with a wind chill factor of below freezing. See video here.
