Ci fibratus

Formation of high-level clouds probably from former rain clouds that developed within the cold front but which was weakening when passing over the Maltese Islands. Upper-level winds were quite strong as indicated by the weather sounding which favour such formation. Such high-level cloud formations are very common anywhere in the world.
