Ci spi intortus

Formation of cirrus spissatus intortus clouds at an elevation of between 9.4km and 9.8km as indicated by the weather sounding. A strong upper-level wind was associated with these clouds which might have entangled its filaments and has formed due the frindges of an upper-level trough passing over the Maltese Islands.
