The low pressure system tracked further northnortheastwards dragging lines of cumulus clouds over the Islands as evidenced by the visible satellite image on the 3rd thumbnail. Such cloud formations are typical of post cold front mid-latitude cyclone. The first thumbnail shows a single shot of the passind cloud street that continued to grow to produce rain showers with small hail.
